When my wife's sister became ill suddenly, we were totally unprepared for everything that followed. After a 15-month battle recovering from a stroke and then being diagnosed with bladder cancer, she passed away. My wife and I were completely caught off guard and were tasked with selling her mobile home and disposition of her personal property. It was a blessing when we found Rafa. Rafa is well versed in estate resolution matters and was one of the very few real estate agents who would sell mobile homes. Rafa was extremely personable, hardworking and an exceptional communicator. Through his diligence and leadership, we were able to sell the mobile home. Rafa also helped us find other services related to the disposition of the personal property. Not only is Rafa an expert in his field, he is also very easy to work with. With his direction, we knew we were in good hands.

Rafael is super helpful, as a renter/tenant he was still able to help me out but sending me listings and pointing me in the direction of those that may even be able to help me better. Very attentive and is the only person out the many that I contacted that didn't just respond with "sorry I'm in sale, good luck though!" Rafael is so helpful. I was looking for an agent to do house showing for my rental property. This is not within Rafael's business scope but he volunteered to look for agents who can do this. We communicated via Yelp for a few days and Rafael did all that knowing he wouldn't get any business. I saw other comments saying Rafael is a hero, he is indeed! He even referred my property to another agent whose client was looking for a rental property.

Our search started with a conversation detailing what we envisioned in a home and locations we were interested in. During our search, Rafa was very good about reminding us of what we had initially shared with him of what was important, which we are very grateful for cause it was easy to get side tracked. We placed a bid on a place the same day we started looking. We did not get that home and we were very disappointed. But Rafa kept us motivated and said a better place would come up for us. A month later, the most beautiful Spanish style bungalow house in North Park entered the market. And he was right, it met our needs much more than the first place we placed a bid on. Rafa negotiated and made it happen! We are very grateful for the time he spend with us and for keeping us focused and motivated. We highly recommend Rafa as a real estate agent.

Saying that Rafael is amazing is not doing him justice. Rafael is truly a super hero and helped to find a home for me and my 3 kids. Rafael is very easy to work with, invested in his clients, and is very personable. After working with him we have grown a friendship that will stand the test of time. Here is how my experience went. First off, Rafael showed me different neighborhoods to consider in within my price range in various communities in the San Diego area and helped me feel like I was doing a more well rounded search when looking for my property. I was feeling down on looking for a place to live and had been feeling defeated due to placing multiple offers on properties that I was priced out due to exceeding my price range. Rafael, said in our first meeting "we are going to find a place for you and your kids in the neighborhood that you want!" and he did! He looked at a lot of places with me and was always honest with me about if it was a good buy or not. He also recommended people to help me get an inspection, and even contractors that can help me to update my property after we closed. He encouraged me to write a letter to the owner of the property that I placed offers on to personalize my offer and it worked. After closing on my new home, I spoke to the previous owner and they said that it was my letter that Rafael recommended that I write is why she selected me as the new owner and accepted my offer. After closing on the property, he helped me with my Life Insurance Policy to protect my investment for my children. He is invested from the beginning to the end of the process and I will always be grateful. Honestly he made a very stressful process fun and we laughed a lot. I can not say enough good things about him. If you are looking for a home and are looking for someone who is dedicated to their clients then you will want to work with him!
