As new parents, my wife and I had outgrown our condominium and it was time to purchase a home where we could raise our family. We were nervous and overwhelmed as we had many factors to consider like location, price, schools, proximity to work and places we like to visit etc. Rafael put our minds at ease by providing us with home search tools that focused our searches and matched us to properties and communities that were in-line with what we were looking for.

When we found our dream home, Rafael was extremely responsive and helped us to quickly submit an offer, which included a beautiful personal statement to the sellers. Our offer was accepted and we beat two other offers!
